How matching works

We use those details to look for a suitable provider. With your consent, we may share your project and contact details with an installer who accepts the introduction. We may receive a referral fee from participating providers. Submitting a project does not guarantee a match, a quote, or an installation.

Photos are optional

Only upload photos relevant to the project. Avoid including people, documents, addresses, or other private information that an installer does not need.

Your installer’s role

FireplaceLab is a matching service, not the installation contractor. The installer assesses feasibility, provides pricing, and is responsible for their work. Before hiring, confirm relevant qualifications, insurance, scope, and any assessment fees directly with the provider.

Your choice

You are not required to hire a provider. Your consent covers contact about this project, not unrelated marketing. Keep your request reference so you can identify the submission when communicating with FireplaceLab or a matched provider.
